As a registered Member of 89atm, you are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89atm's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their 89atm account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
89atm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:
89atm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 89atm.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account on 89atm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
89atm uses your personal information for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. 89atm does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Member's 89atm account at any time. Members may request account closure by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member through their registered payment method after KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or fraud investigations are pending.
89atm reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account without prior notice if the Member is found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to those described in Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct). In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, 89atm reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where legally required, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89atm's operating licence is held. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 89atm's internal dispute resolution process.
89atm's internal dispute resolution process is the first required step for all Member complaints. Members must submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the amount at issue, and any relevant account activity. 89atm will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
89atm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the registered email address and by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 89atm platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
